An amendment blocking the President from attacking Iran without Congressional authorization is expected to be voted on TODAY, Wednesday, May 16, in the House of Representatives. The amendment is being introduced to the defense authorization bill by Reps. Paul DeFazio, Ron Paul, Maurice Hinchey, and Barbara Lee.
